Anxiety can be very exhausting and even debilitating. Hypnosis is very effective for anxiety relief. It is very satisfying to me to hear stories from my clients who tell me that they are now able to be in situations that used to cause them severe anxiety, but now they have no physical or mental distress what-so-ever after just a couple hypnosis sessions. One client talked about how dealing with a difficult person at work had caused severe anxiety, but now she stays cool and calm even in the worst situations.
